Deposits,
Payments & Cancellation Policies
A 25%
deposit is required to secure any Patrick’s
catering (off-site) event.
If cancellation occurs
less than 30 days prior to the date of
your event, the deposit is forfeited. However, should you
reschedule your event, 50% of your deposit may
be used towards payment if used within
one calendar year from cancellation date.
Pricing
Prices listed on our Catering Menu do not reflect an 18% service fee
based on all food and beverage sales. NH State Rooms and
Meals Tax, currently 8%, will be added to all food and beverage
costs.
Labor
Prices quoted on proposals generally include all labor
costs. Transportation fees may be added based upon travel
time.
Banquet
Menus & Guaranteed Guest Counts
Final menu selections and guest counts must be made at least 14
days prior to the date of your event. At that time, an additional
25% is requested. Final balance is due the day of your event.
